This sleek Murano Glass cat is mouthblown, and created by using the very difficult “Sommerso” technique in which the glass is repeatedly dipped into different vats of molten glass to create layers of different colors. To finish off the detail on this piece the whiskers and mouth were created using the finest wisps of molten glass and the tail is molded into a playful position.
